Step One: Click on Start, Programs, Lawn Manager Pro, and Backup Data icon. This will bring up the backup program that should look like this:

Step Two: Click on BACKUP icon, this will open a dialog box that looks like this:

Step Three: Verify that the Drive A option is checked, then click on start a confirmation box will appear, with the total size and number of disk required:

Step Four: Your done eject the disk and store it in a safe place, this should be done at least once a week, and remember to replace your diskettes every 6 months
